How often should I service my boiler?
Once a year. Manufacturer warranties require an annual service to remain valid, miss one and you lose cover. An annual service also catches small problems before they become breakdowns.
What's included in your £80 boiler service?
A full manufacturer-approved service: visual inspection, flue gas analysis, combustion check, gas pressure test, safety device test, and a written service record for your warranty. Takes about an hour. If we spot a fault we'll quote the repair separately, never bundled into the service price.
Do you do landlord gas safety checks?
Yes. CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Records issued same-day, £80 for a single appliance. We email the certificate directly to you and (if needed) your letting agent. Multiple appliances priced individually; ask for a bundle quote.
Can I bundle a boiler service with a fire service?
Yes. Boiler plus gas fire is £140 (save £20). Boiler plus cylinder is £140. Full home (boiler plus cylinder plus fire) is £200 (save £40). All bookable in one visit.
