What happens next
- You will get a call within one working hour (or the next working morning, if the booking landed outside our office hours of 8am-6pm Mon-Fri or 9am-1pm Sat). The office will confirm the engineer’s arrival window inside your chosen Morning or Afternoon slot, take any extra detail about access (parking, dogs, boiler location), and answer anything you want to ask before the day.
- You will get a calendar reminder the day before, by email and text.
- On the day, your engineer will text when they’re on the way and arrive in uniform, in a branded van, with the parts on the van for the common faults.

Things change. We get it. The fastest route to reschedule, cancel or ask anything is the office:

If you need to cancel inside the 24 hours before your slot, we may not be able to refill the engineer’s day, but we always try.
