What happens next

1. You will get a confirmation email and text shortly.
2. You will get a reminder email and text the day before.
3. On the day, your engineer will call you when they’re on the way and arrive in uniform, in a branded van.

If you need to cancel inside the 24 hours before your slot, we may not be able to refill the engineer’s day, but we always try.
