We won’t push you towards a new boiler unless the numbers say so. If your Baxi is a 15+ year-old back-boiler with discontinued parts, or the repair quote crosses half the price of a new install, we’ll show you both figures at the same survey. Do you service Baxi boilers?
Yes. £80 fixed-price annual service on Baxi boilers across Yorkshire (BD, LS, WF, HD, HX, HG postcodes). The same one-hour manufacturer-style service we run on any brand: visual inspection, flue gas analysis, combustion check, gas pressure test, written record for your warranty.
Are you a Baxi-approved installer?
No, and we're upfront about that. We service and repair Baxi boilers but we don't fit new Baxi. Our accredited install brands are Worcester Bosch and Vaillant. If your Baxi is past it and you'd like a side-by-side comparison against a new Worcester or Vaillant, we'll show you the numbers.
How much is a Baxi boiler repair?
£80 for the first hour, parts at trade price. Most common Baxi faults are fixed in the first visit because we carry the regular parts on the van: fans, gas valves, expansion vessels, sensors, PCBs. The diagnosis fee is also £80, the same as the first hour of labour, and it counts towards the repair if you go ahead.
Can you fix Baxi fault codes like E133 or E168?

Do you cover Baxi back-boilers?
Yes, we still service and (where parts are available) repair Baxi back-boilers. Baxi has discontinued parts for some of the oldest back-boiler models, so if a repair isn't viable we'll be straight with you and price both repair and replacement so you can decide.
