What to expect when you're expecting a new boiler

A boiler installation can feel like a bit of an upheaval, interrupting daily family life. That is why we make everything as straightforward as possible. So what should you expect once you have booked your installation?

Once we have completed a free survey and agreed a quote, we arrange and confirm a convenient time and date. On the day, our engineers call ahead to let you know they are on the way, usually working in teams to get the job done in half the time.

We estimate around 48 hours from start to completion

Once you have shown us to the boiler site, we explain what we will be doing and where. Our engineers keep you informed at every step, so you know exactly what is going on. We work quickly and efficiently with minimum disturbance, and if you need to be out, we stay in touch by phone with updates.

Once completed, we clean up

We take away your old boiler and tidy everywhere we have worked. Apart from your shiny new boiler, you will not be able to tell we were ever there.

We make sure you know what’s what

Before leaving, we talk you through your new boiler, explain the thermostat controls and answer any questions. We will not leave until you understand how to use it.

Checking in

After the installation, we check in by email or text to make sure you are getting on okay. If you experience any issues, we are on hand to take a look. A cover plan can extend this support to year-round boiler cover including an annual service and unlimited callouts.
